I like this advert, I think that it's a bit random, however it is very well known. When someone mentions the gorilla, everyone knows what you're talking about , so this is a good example of a memorable advert. However, we don't really know a lot about the chocolate, which almost makes it mysterious.
2. Cadbury's Eyebrows;
This is another weird advert from Cadbury's. Like the gorilla one, everyone remembers this advert, after this was released, a lot of people attempted to make their eyebrows move like this. I feel that this, like the above, makes it funny and links to the title, 'a little bit of joy'.
3. Milky Bar, 1981;
This advert is an old one. I feel that this is a good example of 'enticing' kids to by chocolate. The use of aliens and the fact that they are in space, links to a dream that many kids had, of going into space. The catchy song also makes it memorable.
4. Milky Bar, 2011;
Like the old advert, Milky Bar Kid still exists, the use of memorable faces and names make it more appealing to children, as they know who he is. They have kept the idea of the childhood characters, like the cowboy and the astronaught, which I feel is a good advert for children.
5. Carre de Chocolat;
This video is a really silly one. I like it and it was funny. The woman has gone nearly 24 hours without blinking, then when she bites the chocolate, she blinks and everyone is shocked. I think that this is to show the relaxing and brilliant taste of the chocolate, put into a funny over exaggerated advert, which draws people in.
6. Snickers (rejected);
This is the CREEPIEST advert I have ever seen. whether it is real or not it is WEIRD!!! I think that even though it has got some sexual references, as well as most recent adverts link to being a 'mans' chocolate, the advert would make children cry. The beginning starts of understandable, when one guy give the other a snickers bar to fly a rocket. But when the huge 'bar' comes along, the commercial becomes weird and scary.
7. Lindt, Lindor Truffle;
This advert is calming and is meant to make the viewer want to give in to temptation. As a lindor lover, I feel that they do over exaggerate some elements in the video, however, having a tempting advert makes the chocolate seem more tempting, therefore making the viewer want some.
8. Galaxy;
This advert shows that you have to hide your galaxy from your friends, which means you don't want to share it, thus meaning the chocolate is too good for your friends. Although a good meaning in the advert, I feel that the visuals are a bit dull, and don't draw me in to buying the chocolate.

9. Terry's Chocolate Orange;
This advert uses Dawn French, who is a well known actress. The fact that she cant say 'share' proves that the chocolate is too good to share with people. The use of Dawn French, makes the advert funnier and the use of celebrities makes people want what the celebrities have.
10. Twix, Left or Right?;
This advert shows that there is two Twix and teo people who made ech one. The voice over claims that they made them differently, whilst explaining the same thing in a differnt way. Its a silly advert which will draw people in. The saying at the end, "Pick a side" makes a joke, saying there different, which is what makes it comical.
11. Kinder Egg;
This advert is almost a remake of the Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory, which will make it memorable for children, there for wanting to buy the chocolate. The magical music and the use of a toy inside is almost a 'bribe' for children, pushing their love for chocolate, with love for toys.
12. Kinder Bueno;
This advert is quite a funny one. The use of the innuendo 'lick my ripples' makes it funny for teenagers and adults. The funny faces the man makes will make it entertaining for younger viewers. I like this advert and think it as a successful one, even though it was not on tv fr long.
13. Penguin;
This advert is a really good one. I really liked the way they changed the roles in this advert. They have made the penguins the hungry ones and they have made the people the ones in the zoo and changed the name of the chocolate bar to 'PERSON' which I feel would have a really good affect on children watching this.
14. Creme Egg 1;
The stupidity of this advert is what makes it so appealing. The saying 'have a fling with a creme egg' links with the fact that a guy is talking to himself in the mirror as if he was getting ready for a date, with a creme egg.
15. Creme Egg 2;
These adverts were really good. they were out during the same time as the Olympics, so not only did they promote creme eggs, but they promoted the Olympics as well. Each advert has a different sport, which you would find in the Olympics. The use of substituting the 'O' with the goo from a creme egg makes the advert and fonts memorable.
